This August 165 years ago, Sandy railway station in Bedfordshire opened its doors. However, in recent history, the public toilets that once operated in the station have been closed, meaning passengers at this increasingly busy station have had no facilites to use. We, the undersigned would like to see the public toilets re-opened in time for the anniversary in August. We would also like to see the free space in the station to be donated to the Town Council for a Tourist Information Centre.
