There has been sewage problems flood problems leak from upstairs coming down stairs mold and mildew. The water has gotten all over the carpet the maintenance has not came to replace our carpet from the time we been here and it’s had been two years now they keep saying they gone replace it and hasn’t we just had a sewage problem last week and now another one again. If we win this will help from stop being sick it will give us a better environment and if we lose they just gone move someone else in and not let them know that this apartment is bad for there health nothing gets fixed and they just gone paint over mold.
