Part worn tyres are dangerous & we often see incorrect tyre sizes fitted to vehicles. Part worn tyres are false economy! They have been taken off of another car for a reason!

As an MOT tester, I see the tyres some sellers pass off as being good. So many don't even mark tyres as part worn. There is very little policing of this side of the industry, and in reality, in most cases you can buy a new tyre for not much more than the cost of part worn. Don't get me wrong, I've used them in the past, but I know the difference between good and marginal tyre. Something else to consider are the materials used in tyre manufacture these days, tyres go harder, quicker, this means the rubber deteriorates and cracks quicker, so the DOT numbers and date of manufacture are really important, anything over 5 years and you could be asking for trouble.

some time ago had part worn tyres on my car had a blow out on m6 causing a serious accident luckily no one was hurt never used part worn again

Part worn tyres are tyres that have already been removed from wheels for various reasons. That is most likely because they are worn or suspect faulty. They should be banned from sale!
