Hey, Luke Callaghan here, long time fan, friend, and enjoyer of Jayden Harris’s presence on the Xbox game servers. I would like to talk about how Jayden getting his Xbox taken away is a civil rights violation and is heavily impacting both Jayden and I’s mental health. Saturday Last week, the 9th of July Jayden’s Xbox was taken away from him by you (insert jayden’s stepfather’s name here) as a means to get him and his brothers to stop playing it so often. Don’t get me wrong, this is a smart parenting tactic that is probably needed for jayden and Co, props to you. But as we come up on a week and there is no end in sight I am afraid I must step in to discuss my concerns about this ordeal.

first of all, this situation can be heavily related to the Black Lives Matter movement. They had their freedoms and rights stripped away from them, just how jayden has had his Xbox stripped from him. As you know, racism is bad, and so is taking away someone’s Xbox.

secondly, this is affecting my mental health, how do you think it feels to text jayden asking if he wants to partake in some piracy, only for him to say his Xbox has been confiscated, it kills a man, and it’s killing him too. He told me he sits down where his Xbox used to be, turns the tv on, picks up his invisible controller, and starts playing his invisible games, just to get a feel of how things used to be. It’s not healthy and I think it would benefit him to get his Xbox back (and me)

to conclude. Yes, what you did is completely normal and I respect the parenting tactic, jayden and his brothers are sometimes on all day late into the night, but after 5 whole days of suffering, I’m sure you will find he is ready for the responsibility of his Xbox and will work to cut back his hours when he plays.
