Should grandparents have the right to being a part of their grandchild or Grandchildren lives? 

The law doesn't deem this relevant at present.

If grandparents have been an active part of the Grandchildren or grandchild life and there is a change to the child's or children's parents relationship does that mean the grandparents have their access taken as well? 

This does cause psychological damage to the child! I change in their home life and then a change to their normal routine of spending valuable time with their grandparents.
