Make Masks MANDATORY on GRT Buses

In Waterloo Region alone, we have had 1309 cases of COVID and 181 deaths at the time of writing.
Summer weather has come and people have generally stopped caring about COVID-19 and do not want to wear masks because of the heat.
At the time of writing there are 93 active COVID cases. If we want life to return to any sort of normal, it is within our best interest to stop the spread of disease.
There is major concrete evidence that shows that masks can assist in preventing the spread of infections.
Places that enforce masks have had more success in preventing cases future cases.

In order to help stop spread of COVID-19 in Canada; the general public should be expected to wear masks in public indoor, or enclosed spaces, and outdoors when social distancing can't be maintained.

A bus is an enclosed space.
I recognize there is a mask shortage but the use of face coverings should be mandatory.

Please protect all of us.
GRT please make masks mandatory.
