A meeting of the GFPS Native American Parent Committee will be held:

Supporters of American Indian High School Graduates

2400 47th Avenue South, Grand Forks, ND 58201.

A special agenda item for discussion:

The Grand Forks School District administration will listen to dialogue concerning the current graduation procedure to support the American Indian high school graduates requesting to wear their Eagle Feather during commencement.

This discussion will begin at approximately 12:45 PM and community members will have an opportunity to address this issue by completing a comment card.

Comment cards will be available and need to be completed prior to the start of the meeting and should be submitted to a member of the NAPC board.

If cannot make it to the meeting but would like to contribute by writing a letter of support, please send them directly to me at courtney.souvannasacd@gfschools.org.
