At the west chester graeters, all team members make $8.80 per hour of work. If I started working at the target right across the street, right now, I would make $15 per hour for doing much less work. At kings island, I could make $13 per hour with a $1000 signing bonus. This store is understaffed and the dedicated employees who show up to work everyday fee that they are unappreciated for the hard work they do. We would like to be paid more for the hard work we do everyday.
