It's of the utmost importance that Green Party voters be made aware that members can be for the seal hunt. It seems a basic principle that animal cruelty wouldn't be tolerated, but this man is obviously kidding himself saying he's green.

This man's arguments for the seal hunt are irrational. He refuses to look at any evidence against the seal hunt, and says that all footage produced by pro-animal organisations which show helpless pups being beaten and stabbed with hooks, is unreliable and remastered in some way. He clings to the argument of tradition of the Inuit, and tries to make it appear that this cruelty is an essential way of life for them, and to take it away would destroy their culture. In reality it is a huge enterprise to make $ from white fluffy seal skins for fashion. Shame on you for putting money before cruelty. People who speak out against cruelty are not douch bags, Mr Miller. However, those who perpetuate cruelty could possibly qualify for the title.

I can't believe you represent the Green Party! I've always voted for GPC, but won't be anymore. I'm voting NDP from now on since they are at least true to their platform.

Robert Miller obviously doesn't have the ability to see the bigger picture which involves cruelty and the future of our planet. How the heck is he going to represent the Green Party ? Besides which he is just plain stupid.

First of all I am repulsed a politician would refer to his citizens as 'douche bags.' His public declarations, on behalf of your government, have shown him to not only have no understanding of the ecological implications of the seal hunt but little respect for fellow citizens with a view different to him. He has made an international mockery of the Candaian Greens!
