Humble request to Govt of Pakistan to take following steps without hesitation;

1- Accord the deceased a state funeral

2- PM himself or at least MoFA & MoI accompany the body to Sri Lanka, to Priyantha’s hometown

3- PM (or MoFA & MoI) apologise to the family of deceased in person and ask for their forgiveness

4- Pay the grieving family a compensation enough to sustain themselves independently for next 30 years

5- Legislate exemplary punishment for criminals who have committed this heinous act 

6- If possible, posthumously award “Priyantha Kumara”  “Nishan-e-Pakistan” to show the respect and remorse of entire nation. (this is the only civilian award for which a foreigner can be nominated)
