Maharashtra has more than one lac cooperative housing society. In every society the agenda points are passed by raising hands. Though there is provision for passing these points only when it is approved by majority or unanimously but still it is passed fraudulently. It causes heavy financial and administrative repercussions to citizens of Maharashtra.

I want Government of Maharashtra & Hon. Bombay High Court to take a stand on it and make necessary amendments wherein all such agenda points have to be passed with raising hands, written signature consent of members in meeting and video recording of the Annual General Meeting ( AGM) & Special General Meeting (SGM).

I had lodged a PIL 07/2018 on this issue and further making necessary amendments. Please join the movement.
