There are many companies in New Jersey hiring for positions in which the requirement is to have a college degree. Sadly, many companies are underpaying college graduates in various positions. The education gives college graduates a level of expertise that must be compensated in any area of work they require a college degree.  Help Newark's I.M.P.A.C.T put an end to such practices by implementing a special minimum wage for positions requiring college graduates in New Jersey. Associate degree: $20 per hour or more / minimum yearly full time salary: $38,400

Bachelor degree: $30 per hour or more / minimum yearly full time salary: $57,600

Master's degree: $50 per hour or more/ minimum yearly full time salary: $96,000

Doctorate's degree: $70 per hour or more/ minimum yearly full time salary: $134, 400
