Tana Solomon started this petition to Governor Tony Evers and

From the beginning they have said this is a real threat, to our grandparents, children and the ones with preexisting conditions. That if not taking seriously we would have devastating results.

Never taking  into facts that we have a already stressed prison system. Over crowded and inhuman conditions  perfect for a virus like Covid 19. Social distance and sanitizing mandates can not be performed in these conditions. Self quarantine virtually impossiable, so the virus speads.

Across the county thousands of inmates await test results instead of release dates. While families and friends rely on a daily or weekly phone call to know if there loved ones are ok. In some cases many aren't  notified until it's very serious, or almost to late to eve say good bye. My family are one of the many families praying for news of release.

Wisconsin is known for its high rate of incarcerations. Data shows from 2010-18 an average 12,000 to 13,600 a month of incarcerations in Wisconsin jails. With these numbers we can not afford to sit back and let many people be affected.

Now is the time to right some wrongs. Sign for a change in the way things are done to get our loved ones home.
