You have the power and the responsibility to save lives of PA citizens. You made a promise to release 1800 incarcerated people that I’m sure you have s plan for. Every day you delay, people suffer, risk illness, spreading the disease and death. Please follow through on your promise. Incarcerated PA citizens Lives Matter.

Flaws in the justice system should not be a covid related death sentence for the incarcerated. Commitments to releasing inmates should be honored.

I live as a neighbor to more than 4,000 men who reside in state prisons and a county jail. I drive by these places and think about Germans who drove by the camps. Please consider a humane plan for releasing prisoners from Pennsylvania's prisons.

I'm signing because violating supervision should not result unnecessarily being exposed to Covid-19 prison. Those who are medically vulnerable should also be freed, especially the elderly, because it is the humane thing to do.

Human rights matter. Sustaining mass incarceration during a pandemic clearly puts hundreds and thousands of people at unnecessary risk and is a violation of basic principles of human dignity.

"...people incarcerated in Pennsylvania face inhumane conditions that place them at much greater risk of COVID-19 exposure than the general public, with little to no recourse. There will be thousands of completely preventable deaths if we do not do something NOW."
