Antonio Xavier Daniels is a young black man that was  attacked in the middle of the night around 3am in the morning by a group of random guys that just ran up with guns and start to assault Mr. Daniels and the individuals with Antonio at his hotel after a late night dinner at Denny's diner. The individuals with Antonio was one friend and the was his only little brother that was begging the guys to leave them alone afraid of the gun one of the guys flashed before he was knocked unconscious after being viciously attacked by the one of the guys from the other group. Another person that stayed at the hotel was knocked unconscious along with Antonio Daniels little brother. Antonio was also attacked and suffer damage to the face and clear blood clout in his eyes which can be seen in his mugshot pictures of this arrest was lucky not knock completely unconscious and managed to keep his awareness long enough to try to end the assault as one of the guy exposed his weapon, some shots was fired. I also would like to mention that all this happened in Antonio Xavier Daniels hotel parking lot in a complete blackout ( meaning all the electrical power just went out and it was completed pit black mostly) while Antonio group smoked a cigarette outside after dinner at Denny's  because the hotel was a none smoking room, the power outage was completely unexpected and happened suddenly when as they stood out smoking. The other group of guys did not eat at Denny's diner in the parking lot of the hotel and did not have a hotel room meaning they literally had no reason being in that parking lot that night especially that late at night and Mr. Daniels literally just came from eating at the Denny's restaurant and had a hotel room at the hotel for a week, this has all been established through video and evidences. During the vicious assault that left Antonio little brother completely unconscious along with another person at the hotel, shot was fired and a bullet ricocheted  and stuck one of the guys that was attacking Antonio Xavier Daniels group. The bullet fragmented upon impact meaning it broke into little pieces making it impossible to determined what gun the bullet came from through ballistics and other gun shell casing was recovered from the scene. The guy attacking Antonio and his little brother group that was hit by ricocheted ultimately succumbed to injuries later after the assault was successfully deterred. Antonio in great fear finally found an opportunity to ran over with another and pick his unconscious brother from the ground and at that point ran for their lives because they did not know the people that just attacked them, why they attacked them, and everyone with Antonio including Antonio thought these guys that just terrorized them would come back to kill them so they packed their things as quick as possible at least all they can grab and ran in a unimaginable fear terrified unaware of the ricochet. Antonio was later arrested for murder of the guy that was hit by the ricocheted. Even though the state of Minnesota recognized Antonio was attacked randomly and the group of guys that was attacking Antonio and his little brother and friend admitted to the state of Minnesota that they all came to Antonio location, and proceeded to viciously assault Antonio Daniels and the people with him, the state of Minnesota charge Antonio Xavier Daniels with with murder. Even after the people with Antonio that was attacked that night including his little brother that suffered a concussion from the attack told investigators the group of guys attacked them and had a firearm and they tried to press charges on their attackers, the state of Minnesota refused to charge their attacker with felony assault and proceeded to prosecute Antonio Daniels instead. 

Upon going the court proceeding the state of Minnesota offered Antonio a plea bargain for 5 years in prison, the state prosecutor literally stated in open court on record that the reason the plea bargain is so low is because Antonio Daniel was acting in self-defense, This was said by the state themselves. Plus ballistics on the bullet that hit that guy can literally be match to no gun because the bullet broke into little pieces and the all the witnesses told to state they had a gun and other witnesses from their hotel report to the police that they heard more shots fired then the bullets the prosecutor claim was missing from Antonio firearm and despite police recovering shell casings from another firearm, the state prosecutor ignored all this evidence in order to pursue a conviction of Antonio Xavier Daniels, even though the state witness openly told the prosecutor they attacked Antonio and his little brother for no reason. All the guys that viciously attacked and assaulted Antonio group was indicted by the F.B.I as an organized criminal group that goes around the nation robbing, assaulting, selling drugs, woman and etc.. Oh did I mention that not one of the guys that attacked Antonio lived in Minnesota?? Literally not one of them. So that means these guy did not have a hotel, did not eat at the restaurant in the hotel parking lot and did not live nowhere near Minnesota state, and all was indicted for being an organized criminal group which they all was convicted of being. The indictment happened while Antonio was starting trial. The State in open court told Antonio in open court on record they knew he was in self defense but if he don't take the plea bargain the state would ignore that and go for a conviction, This is literally in the transcripts but when all the state witnesses got indicted by the F.B.I, the state came and asked Antonio public defender for another trial date. The obvious easy no which would be expected and a motion to dismiss with prejudice since the state witnesses ( aggressors) was all indicted, the state had no witnesses to call to trial. Antonio mentally prepared for trial just a day earlier the state forced him into trial after introducing new information to his case without allowing him to evaluate and properly defend against, but his public defender sided with the state to move forward with trial, same as once the F.B.I indicted all the states aggressors/ witnesses. When the state came the next day and asked to set another trial the public defender on Antonio case once again sided with the state against Antonio open protest in court to continue or to drop his case because he already told the state these people attacked him and his knocked his little brother unconscious along with another person, it was the public defender again going against Antonio same as he did a day before, sided with the state prosecutor and forced Antonio out of trial after they both just forced Antonio into trial with new information just a day prior. Antonio public defender failed him miserably and it appears to me his public defender failed him intentionally because his self defense is not into question because the states witnesses did all but bragged about committing felony assault against Antonio and his group, all this is in the paperwork so literally I feel the public defender violated his rights as well as the entire courtroom. The prosecutor literally told the judge Antonio was in self defense but if he do not take the plea bargain the state will deny his self defense and his public defender and the judge said and did nothing. The public defender even waived all Antonio pretrial hearings so he could not question any of the prosecutor evidence. There's a lot more to unpack like how the lead investigator wrote his initial's under Antonio picture stating he was the shooter, that's right the lead investigator not a witness from the scene.  Not a witness that was there when the attack happened but the lead investigator that was not there, did not personally see what happened, that's also a violation of Mr. Daniels rights and there is so much more here in this case. The state allowed these violent criminals with a long criminal histories to brag to their office about randomly attacking and assaulting Antonio group at their hotel with a firearm and the state not drop charges and arrest the other guys is despicable, unethical, discriminatory, criminal and a major violation of this young African American man Civil and Human Rights. 

 All that I'm writing to you here literally has been recovered in evidence and not one thing I stated here is not in Antonio Xavier Daniels paperwork, in fact there's a lot more civil violations and due process violations of law here within. I am written this because Antonio Xavier Daniels is just a poor African American man that now have lost 9 years of his life in prison illegally and completely against the law and against his constitution rights. I reaching out to raise awareness and to help bring Antonio Xavier Daniels home where he belongs. The aggressors ( state witnesses/ F.B.I inmates) laughed as they told the state how they drove up to Antonio hotel and begun to attack these young man that was completely terrified. This is a crime against society, this is monstrosity to the civil rights of every citizen in the nation and a direct attack on all of our American liberties and values. For if one American right to the due process of the law is violated, it threatening's all our constitutional liberties.
