Dear Governor Sununu,

We want to use the available science, evidence, and facts to re-open our economy. Public health has to come first.

In order to open the following needs to happen:
 
1- Testing, which has to reach 20 per 1000, which means you need to be able to process the test swabs, this should also include antibody testing.

 
2 - Contact tracing, you must be able to find out who carriers have been in touch with so we can do targeted testing.

 
3 - Social Distancing must be enforced. Wearing masks so you don't spread Covid19. Remember you wear the mask to protect others. These must be enforced.

 
4 - All of the above is necessary to ensure that NH keeps it's infection rate down around 1.
 
Do all this and NH can start to re-open safely and prevent more NH deaths.
