Someone’s loved one

Someone’s loved one
Why this petition matters

We ask for the release of those with medical issues, for non violent or low crimes. For those that are approaching their scheduled release dates. They have the right to live. There’s so many of them that are almost out and for them to be sentenced to death in this way is inhumane. May the Universe or if you believe in God, may they touch your heart to make that decision to release those from prison. I can understand the pressure and the responsibility you have over your shoulders as to release a repeat offender, but can you BOP and governors live with your selves if all these inmates were to get infected and have them lose their lives? They are someone’s love, someone’s father, someone’s son someones mother, sister, wife. Please, every day that passes by could be the last for someone’s loved one. The more that you ignore this the more that it will affect others. Please don’t ignore them. Please take a stand, yes even for them. Even inmates, cause they are someone’s loved ones.
I try and watch all the news hoping to hear any news in regards to prisons and the inmates, but no one seems to want to take the subject on the forgotten loved ones in prisons. They are not forgotten by those who love them, by their brothers, by their kids, by uncles and aunts and gramma, they do have a life and people that love them. We are anxiously waiting for that new person to finally come home.
That will only happen if you can make the decision to release any person that is behind those bars that by now must be wondering if that is their end of their life, behind a cell, over a crime they might not even been convicted of or a crime that didn’t even deserve to die for, not like this, not like this. I pray that you find it in your heart to make that right decision.
