We are currently in the middle of another wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. Nurses, Doctors, techs, Respiratory therapy and all other healthcare workers are getting burnt out. All staff are stretched thin. Patient to care givers ratios just keep getting bigger and higher! We need change! We need safer working environments. Safer patient loads. Caps on how many patients a healthcare worker can receive. We are doing a disservice to our patients when you have too many patients to take care of. We need all states not just Florida to reconsider making limits on this. Making sure hospitals are staffed appropriately. We need change!
