Several weeks ago I was reached out to by a gentleman in New Jersey. His name is Alfredo Delgado. His sister, brother-in-law, and 3 year old nephew were killed in a drunk driving accident 14 years ago. The chaplain of a Florida prison referred him to me for help. Alfredo and his family realize that Carlos Ortiz, the driver of the car, had no ill intent when he drove under the influence, causing the accident.
