Legalization of CBD and THC

Legalization of CBD and THC
Why this petition matters

I was a avid grower of hemp CBD and THC plants in Winnemucca, NV. After seeing the benefits of this plant, I am all about it. Our own military and papermill companies have been using this plant for years. The entirety of this plant can do so many things to help out our country. The entire plant gets used, no waste.
I do not smoke or use THC, but I do benefit from the CBD and Hemp. I make my own oils and treats. I have metal all over my body from a motorcycle accident in 1989. Nothing ever helped with the pain. Not even pain meds or muscle relaxers. I found a cure for my pain. CBD OIL, it makes my body relaxed yet controllable. I haven't had this happen ever. I have seen with my own two eyes what it can do for people who suffer from anxiety, depression, eczema, fibromyalgia, arthritis, Parkinson's, children with ADHD, even Melanoma. The list goes on!
The government has been taxing us for yrs, on products. Well here is a prime opportunity to to tax us again. Legalization of Marijuana for recreational use in 11 states, medical use in 33 states. And CBD legalization in all 50! ( Except ours, because for some reason we are above the law)
We need to keep going after this, fighting for a cure. And while doing so, make a profit to help our state. I'm not saying break the bank, but get ourselves out of debt, like all the other states are pursuing. Colorado is debt free, California, debt free, and a few other states that are well on their way. Michigan in one day sold a 1/4 million dollars in marijuana. I personally have stock investments in Cannabis. This entire state could be debt free in a few years.
Marijuana is safer than any pharmaceutical pain killer, or muscle relaxer. Medicine has proven it over and over.. 21 to purchase the biggest drug in the world, ALCOHOL... If this makes since, please sign my petition to get this moving along.. I would rather have it legal, then going behind your back, doing it illegally... My wallet is open to make a purchase.
