Gyms help with your physical and mental well-being which should be promoted. During these uncertain time gyms are needed more now then ever to have a positive outlet. I have PTSD and gym time is a great benifit to my over-all health.
The GYM is essential for mental health for my wife. She teaches mixed Fit which also help the 8-12 people 3 times a week. The people try so hard to go to the gym and enjoy it. Getting them back after a shutdown is hurting them
Gyms are essential to people with medical conditions such diabetes, hypertension, and so on. On one hand my doctor is asking for me to exercise daily due to high risk coming from my DNA, but then gyms are closed again. I don't have the costly gym equipment at home. I also know there's people in my same predicament that must workout at the gym. My local gym complied with the new restrictions, including sanitizng 24/7, members wiping equipment after use and keeping proper distance. All gyms were operating 10 percentage capacity. The members wore a mask and followed signs to wash hands before workout and after.....All that and the gyms are closed again. Anyone can worship anywhere, but people can only work at the gym due to the harsh weather conditions and lack of gym equipment. Closing the gyms is detrimental to people's certain health conditions.
