Eric Stone is a hard-working proud father of 1 who suffered kidney failure in October of 2019. His brother Jamarr Stone, Sr. is compatible and willing to provide kidney transplantation for Eric. However, Jamarr is incarcerated and ODRC places many restrictions on inmates and elective surgery. Jamarr has a pending petition before Governor Mike DeWine requesting Executive Clemency. This would permit Jamarr to be released on parole and proceed immediately with surgery for Eric. Jamarr has served his mandatory/minimum and wants nothing more than help his brother.
