These Covid 19 vaccine mandates in the healthcare work places are an increasing problem. While these mandates are in place you are losing more and more staff. Which means if you go to the hospital or you are in a nursing home you are not getting the care that is needed. I am a CNA and I'm on the verge of losing my job along with many other healthcare workers because I don't want to put something in my body that you don't know the full outcome of. It's a discrimination to all people that don't want it but the only option you get is either get it or lose your job.  It should not be allowed to continue. We as American people need to stand up for our rights. We were good enough to work through the covid 19 when there was no vaccination but now we are not because we won't get the vaccination. It's a disgrace to the healthcare work place to fire staff for refusing the vaccine. You are putting the residents and anyone who walks into the ER at risk for such actions and it needs to be stopped.
