On July 2nd 2021 my son was charged with first degree murder arm criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon. My son was acting in self defense when 5black men came to where my son his girlfriend and friend resided. I have videos of the young men following my son all over the town looking for the roommate to do harm to him. But I also have messages showing that the 5 young men was paid to go do harm to the 16yr old at the time. Durning the shootout The 16yr old was shot multiple times and rush to Memphis Tennessee hospital my son girlfriend was shot and her leg and they trying to put all them charges on my son why would he shoot his girlfriend and his best friend this wasn't my sons beef it was the 16-year-old beef my son never had issues with these young men. The moral of the story is it was numerous shooters and 2 guns involved but my son is the only one being charged for this crime. Caruthersville Missouri has made a deal with the victim who was shot to testify against my son but during the process the 16-year-old has been shot and say he don't remember a whole bunch of stuff but he remember what the police co-host him to say this is an ongoing case everybody that was involved in this shootout had left the  State I'm trying to get my son's story out cuz Missouri have a stand your ground law and when five young men come from another town to someone else's town to do bodily harm to someone every individual out there have the right to defend themselves and that's exactly what the 16-year-old did defended himself and so did my son I guess Caruthersville Police department expect for people just stand there and let other people do harm to them right is right and wrong is wrong and from the whole story what I've been hearing through this whole case the courts are wrong this the second judge that's been on my son's case I'm reaching out for help and support
