local control, zoning needs to remain with the cities. bureaucrats ,developers and other special interest groups should have ZERO say .The so called "affordable housing "bills that have managed to pass provide NO regulation of density, appropriate location restrictions and give towns, cities NO say ..

I'm signing because I invested hard earned money to purchase a single family home and do not want my house to be surrounded by high density housing.

I like living in a blue state that prioritizes social justice. Housing bills that tamper with R-1 zoning will not help housing but they will start another Prop13 revolt that will turn California red. Don't let that happen.

Neighborhoods are what make city living worthwhile. These bills will hurt neighborhoods a lot and irreparably.

Communities should have the right to control their land use policies through local governance, not by State dictates. Too often developers are driving the train and their greed could result in a wrect!

VETO AB725 and AB2345. Your veto would send a message to legislators and the public about better ways to set policy and meet housing goals.
