Mr. Ronnie Molina (F45191) has been incarcerated for an extended amount of time under an LWOP sentence. He committed his crime as a youth and had no awareness of the consequences of his actions. Ronnie Molina has taken full advantage of his time to address the causative factors that brought him to prison.  He has done this by attending and participating in therapeutic  groups that exist within prison. He has taken it upon himself to take on leadership positions within his community in order to assist other men on their journey to recovery. Ronnie Molina is a Christian man who has dedicated his life to Jesus, he has pursued and successfully attained education in Biblical studies and academia.

The commutation process exists in order to give the LWOP community the opportunity to appear before the Board of Parole Hearings.  Currently the incarcerated community is being subjected to inhumane and harsh treatment as a direct result of the crisis, Ronnie Molina has been directly affected and we are seeking relief in the form of a commutation interview.

The goal is to get those who know Ronnie and or his story to sign this petition, to show support.  In signing we are requesting that the Honorable Gavin Newsom grant Ronnie relief in the form of a commutation based on his readiness to re-enter society.  It is also our goal to get the attention of advocates who have the ability to help.
