Kyle really needs your help to have an excessively long sentence reduced so that he can go home to his supportive family. By all accounts he has always been a responsible, kind, thoughtful person who is incarcerated. 

Throughout his life he has been known by all of his friends as a "peace-keeper"  very  responsible, helpful, kind and caring person with a great sense of humor. He was an insurance broker and hard working real estate agent and was known for being friendly with professional demeanor.

Since Kyle has been in prison he has an exemplary record and is an inspiration to countless people who have crossed paths with him. Forever the optimist, he has taken every opportunity to improve himself and help others. He has completed numerous ministry courses, volunteered for the ministry, completed many workshops on life skill courses as well as college courses. All of which have transformed his world view and fueled his aspirations for his future.

In the interest of justice, Kyle should receive leniency and a early release from prison. He continues to  demonstrate that he is a very kind and responsible person. In fact, as always, he would be a benefit to his friends, family and society.
