The US Constitution and Bill Rights are USELESS if judges, law enforcement, elected officials, and others (paid with our tax dollars) do not enforce the law for minorities when it comes to their homes!

2,895+ DAYS WITHOUT MY HOME,  ILLEGALLY EVICTED, UNLAWFULLY SEIZED HOME OF 21 YEARS, STOLEN BELONGINGS, MADE HOMELESS, BARRED FROM ENTERING MY CO-OP BUILDING –No Due Process, No Foreclosure Procedures, No Judgment, and No Warrant.

BREAKING, ENTERING & SEIZURE OF PROPERTY WITHOUT A WARRANT IS A CRIME.  A violation of the FOURTH AMENDMENT of the US CONSTITUTION  and BILL OF RIGHTS as of December 15, 1791.  THE FOURTH AMENDMENT deals with protecting people from the searching and seizing of their homes and private property without properly executed warrants by judges. The Amendment stands regardless if you are a homeowner or a renter.

VIOLATION OF  FOURTEENTH AMENDMENT of the US CONSTITUTION  right to EQUAL PROTECTION OF THE LAW.   Because I am black and a woman, the United States (US) Judges, New Jersey (NJ) Judges, US Department of Justice (USDOJ), NJ Attorney General, NJ Hudson Prosecutors' Office, West New York Police, and others failed to provide me with equal protection.  Not only did they lie about an $8,133.50 judgment for maintenance against me, but also claimed that the Co-op Board (Co-op) could break into my home, change the locks, seize the unit, steal the possessions and ban me from entering the building on August 1, 2012, without a warrant.

For nearly eight years, I filed over 100 complaints with elected officials NJ Governors Christie and Murphy; NJ Senators Booker and Menendez; US Attorney General of NJ, and  Presidents Obama and Trump, US Attorney Generals Holder, Lynch, Sessions and Barr, and others. None of them have done anything to help me get my home back.

As a Certified Public Accountant, Investment Advisor, Licensed Life, and Insurance Agent, and a small woman-minority business owner, I worked extraordinarily hard to buy my co-op/home in Sept. 1998 and belongings.  Although my co-op mortgage current and maintenance guaranteed by my bank,  the Co-op targeted me because I was the only single female black shareholder out of over 600 shareholders.

Breaking and Entering is an indictable crime.  The Co-op committed crimes against me with no fear of criminal prosecution based on past patterns of behavior that judges, law enforcement, elected officials, and others failed to uphold the law when it comes to black people.

New Jersey is #1 in Foreclosures for over five years.

I repeat, I am black and a woman, I am repeatedly victimized by my Co-op, law enforcement, the courts, elected officials, and others.

The US CONSTITUTION MUST STAND FOR EVERYONE – NOBODY SHOULD BE ABOVE THE LAW

The stealing of minorities' homes will stop if the judges, law enforcement, elected officials do their jobs in enforcing the law and prosecuting the offenders for all.

Fourth and Fourteen Amendments of the US Constitution are clear.

STOLEN PROPERTY.  The Co-op must give back my unlawfully taken home and belongings.

URGENT! I am homeless without my belongings, living in a hotel, and I should not have to seek another home.

Help me stop this nightmare and get me back home today.

To enforce the laws and uphold justice for all would give thousands of suffering victims, like me, justice, and hope.
