On 11/05/20 East Cleveland PD Choke Slam and Injure Naked Black Woman who is Bipolar and was having a manic episode. Police told her family that she was found laying In Field, with cuts and bruises, but video shows her walking, being slammed by an officer. They then gaze over her naked body, without trying to cover her. They then transferred her to a hospital without telling what happened which led to the hospital being suspicious of the victims husband. The intake Doctor asked her husband over the phone If he knew how she received her injuries, and he stated he had no idea and immediately asked If she had been raped. Because the victim wasn’t mentally competent at the time, the hospital ceased all contact with her husband, and even transferred her to another facility without even contacting any of her family. The victim was slammed on top of glass and concrete, head 1rst, by this East Cleveland Officer in video and then, to add insult to injury, this officer injured her husband, by leaving him to take the blame. The main victim, suffered a concussion, leg bruises, left side forehead bruises, and a piece of glass stuck in her foot from impact. The husband says that he actually took his wife to this “ same hospital “, one week before this incident, on 10/28/20 at the initial phase of his wife’s manic episode. He said he told the hospital she was seeming confused, but that the hospital misdiagnosed her to only having a sinus infection. The husband had never experienced a manic episode before, in their 13 year marriage, or ever in life, so he didn’t know the symptoms. The husband of the victim in this video, says that the East Cleveland police have followed him everyday since he contacted them about this incident. He also stated that 1 day the Mayor drove by very slow, while he was in the front yard, and starred at him in a unfriendly manner. He says the next day, he received a call from Social Services that someone had anonymously reported that his child was in danger. He says he knew at that point, he needed help from the DOJ... The husband also said that when he followed up with the Police Dept., he was told that his wife was found laying down in a field with cuts and bruises, and to contact the fire Department for a report. He says he then walked over to the Fire Department and they told him that they didnt see a record of the incident in their system( the 2nd tape shows the fire Department on the scene). He says that a witnessed came forward and told him what really happened, then God provided him a video. Amen.
