It's time to get Philadelphia back to normal and make the parents of these kids that are killing ,robbing and carjacking accountable for their child's actions. Any child 12 and over that commits a crime thats an adult act their parents should be charged sign this petition so our children can get a chance to live. Enough with over looking the fact that these are children out here 12,1,2,3 am in the morning and should be home safe not commiting crimes ruining their lives. Any child under 18 us as parents should know where they are who their with and what they are doing. It's time for a change
