Make Stephen a Kentucky Colonel

Colonel is the highest honor the Commonwealth of Kentucky can bestow upon a civilian, and no one is more deserving of such a title than Stephen Morris of Tryon North Carolina. The honor of Colonel is given to those who have done great service within their community, state, or Nation and Stephen is the personification of service. In his home of Tryon NC ask anyone on the street how Stephen has improved their livelihoods and they will inevitably answer, "Which Stephen?" Kentucky is a state which Stephen has a deep connection with for has been there twice, and is a great fan of their Derby, and Bluegrass but not so much their Chicken or Bourbon. Never has such a candid Christian man, an active member of Tryon First Baptist where he is unsure if he is supposed to tithe now that he is 18, or such a political genius, he has seen every Ken Burns documentary and one by Noam Chomsky and one by Slavoj Žižek, graced the internet with his awe inspiring presence. So please, Govenor Bevin, make Stephen a colonel, you'll probably regret it.
