What does it take to get the Regents' attention?

May 29, 2014 — On April 29, former Minnesota Gov. Arne Carlson wrote to the University of Minnesota’s Board of Regents with two simple questions: How many research subjects have died or been seriously injured in psychiatric studies at the university? And what were the circumstances of those deaths and injuries?
