It is time to trust the people of New York with locking gas pump clips. This will allow people to sit in their car while their gas pumps. Almost every state allows these clips. These are not rare and they are not hard to use. They are safe if used correctly. There is no reason we have to stand in the freezing weather waiting for our tanks to fill when a simple clip would do the job.
