Dog seen in photo: A poor dog was chained up for an extended period during a violent storm in Gonzales Louisiana. A neighbor reported him as abused. Owners are trying to be located as of march 11 2016. Update: Owners have been reached. Dog is back with family members. There will be an ongoing investigation by The Humane Society of Louisiana.
