This petition is to raise awareness and to get the state of WV to repair approximately a 4 mile stretch of road, between Bulwark and Mud Fork Rd, on Rt. 5, in the area of Harts, WV, in Logan county. 
The road conditions are extremely dangerous to travel in many places through this particular section of road, and it’s been neglected for years. In fact, repairs and upgrades have been done on either end of this area, but Harts mountain, especially, has been completely ignored.
This is a main road of travel, and to allow residents and emergency personnel to risk their lives for everyday commuting, such as going to work, church, or sending children off to school, is unacceptable.
Please sign this petition to bring these hazardous conditions to the attention of the governor, and demand that our residents are no longer forgotten, and not to continue using roadwork, which is fully funded with infrastructure and tax dollars, as a political tool for campaign promises by local government, as has been done for decades in southern WV.
