Governor Jan Brewer aided and abetted by the Arizona State Legislature, revises, changes and attempts to revise and change any/all laws, statutes, rules, regulations, etc., that do not fall in line with orders given to her by the Koch Brothers and the Koch Brothers agenda. These orders and agenda have been followed to the letter by Governors, Mayors, and other elected officials throughout our country.
Labor unions, teachers, firefighters, law enforcement, the middle class, the military and more have been negatively and disastrously impacted by these efforts.

An example of this is the recent actions of Governor Brewer and the state legislature's summary removal of Independent Redistricting Commission Chair, Colleen Mathis,

Quoting Andrei Cherny, chairman of the Arizona Democratic Party, who stated this is, “a historic abuse of power without parallel in modern American history.”
“Every honest person in the state agrees that this is not about substantial neglect of duty or gross misconduct in office,” he said. “It is about protecting the careers of Republican congressmen at the expense of good government and fair elections.”

Another example is: Governor Brewer attempted to make the recall procedure more difficult, in the wake of the successful recall of Russell Pearce. Fortunately, this draconian effort was so transparent, that it failed. Governor Brewer must know that the majority of right thinking Arizonans, who support fair play on a fair and level playing field are now turning their thoughts to recalling her. This petition is the result of Governor Brewer and the State Legislature's recent unconscionable and un-American actions.

Clearly, the Republicans in the State of Arizona are not only fearful but desperate they will lose the grasp they have had on the State of Arizona for decades. Clearly, these are the actions of fearful and desperate people.
