Science tells us that as soon as a child is conceived it has unique human DNA making it a human life. Ending a life at any time is morally wrong. On average 2363 children are brutally murdered each day. Often the procedure of abortion involves tearing the child apart limb by limb in the womb. This process is unobjectively gruesome and barbaric.

Critics will say "my body my choice" or attempt to explain how the fetus is not a human being. Science tells us that opposite. The fetus has unique, human DNA making it a human being. Other critics will call abortion a "woman's right" or abortion is "birth control". There is never a situation where killing a child for your own convenience is justifiable.

In anticipation that Roe v Wade will be overturned by the United States Supreme Court in the upcoming Mississippi abortion case, the states will have the right to outlaw abortion. In the state of Montana, we have always prided ourselves on being independent, and a role model for civil society. Let's make Montana be one of the first states to completely outlaw abortion and be a model for other states hesitant to take this step forward.
