Release of my brother Robert Hines

Release of my brother Robert Hines
We come to you seeking your support for Robert L.Hines, a prisoner incarcerated in the Virginia Department of Corrections at Lawrenceville Correctional Center. Robert has been incarcerated now for 22years for Robbery,Abduction; Distribution of cocaine, Malicious Wounding (Robert shot back at guys that were robbing him and had shot at him), and firearm charges.
Robert is the first to admit that he made bad choices in life and that he needed to face up to that. In the 22 year road to rehabilitation, Robert has strived to become a model prisoner. Over these years he has taken educational classes earning his GED; He has earned trade certifications for Plumbing which will allow him to be employed outside of prison. He has mastered both the letter and spirit of every cognitive thinking program made available to him such as:
Thinking For Change; Substance Abuse; Alcoholic Annomous; Anger &Violence Control. He's also a certified minister. See These Documents Attached.
These are the the steps that the Va. Dept. of Corrections have required Robert to take on his path to rehabilitation.
Having complied, and satisfied his treatment goals, Robert is now petitioning the Governor of Virginia to grant him clemency. To that end,we ask you to sign this petition and add your comments in support of Robert being given mercy by the Governor of Virginia.
We thank you in advance for your love and support in our campaign to bring Robert L.Hines home to be the good man he has become after being imprisoned and rehabilitated for over half his life.
