I need the help of all citizens of the United States of America,  especially those residing in the state of California. If you reside in California there is a risk of you being a victim of the murderer of Kristine Suzzette Reyes. The person, Martin Edward Walters murdered my sister Kristine in 1988 over a bag of methamphetamine that he had manufactured for sale that was only worth about $15,000. He was only trying to put fear in those around him and show that he had the power if others betrayed him by killing an innocent person that had been kidnapped at gunpoint, blindfolded and held for ransom until Martin Walters' drugs were returned to him. Kristine was an innocent victim, she had no idea of what was happening. She had been kidnapped two days before her 21st birthday. Unfortunately, we believe that she was murdered that evening of her birthday on September 27th, 1988. Together Martin Edward Walters with his brother Vincent Walters put together chemicals that they readily had at their disposal since they were producing and selling methamphetamine and used the chemical combination to take the last breath away from my sister Kristine. Martin Edward Walters had requested a parole hearing for parole that was granted on the 28th of August of this year, 2019. With your help, we have about 30 days to write a letter to the Governor Gavin Newsom of California, to plead that he please reverse this parole. We would also appreciate your signature on our petition.

We the family of Kristine, have fear of retaliation. We know what this murder is capable of. We already live our lives looking over our shoulders and don't want to live with continued fear and anxiety if he should be released. The loss of my sister is a continued reminder that her murderer may one day be free. please help us keep this possibility far into the future. Life with sadness over Kristine's loss and fear of this person being released is something that we do not want. This would only create extended fear, not only for ourselves but for all communities around us.

We all know and hear about the drug issues in and around our country,  we don't need to release one more murderous drug maker back into our streets and into our lives. Please help us to try and reverse the parole of Martin Edward Walter's by writing to the Governor of California, (letter info in link) Gavin Newsom and signing the petition.

When we win this reversal of this Parole request, we, the family of Kristine, and you and your loved ones and our communities will be safer. We can live and walk safer knowing that Martin E Walters is behind bars where he belongs and that he will not have the opportunity to take another life.
