Because it's horrifying to know that some one is living like this. It's jail, which is supposed to "rehabilitate." It's not meant to be torture. I can't imagine not being able to escape a unit that is exceeding a hundred degrees, while trapped in a room with 3 other people. That's just absolute negligence.

Crazy!! Just cause they are in prison they SHOULD NOT possibly die!! How about you Gov Holcomb go sit in one of those cells for 24hrs!!

I used to work in a prison, and it's all shady practices in order to protect the bottom line. Human life is secondary to that.

being told you better not drink water so that you dont have to go to the restroom (over sometimes 6-8 hr link of time) is inhumane... having to use old coffee cans ...commissary bags to do your business ..is inhumane... but then getting wrote up for having to do such and losing good time while being belittled and laughed at...is fucked up

I’m signing because their treatment is deplorable, they need meds they can’t get so many issues it really needs looked into, someone please help these women nobody should be treated like this
