Governor Desantis decided to not enforce Fireworks laws for July 4,  December 31 and January 1.
I don't think anybody really thought this 3 days of fireworks thing out.

I'm sure this is a statewide issue.
We have some neighbors that spend thousands of dollars on fireworks and start setting them off at 7am on NYE til 1am.
Then we get a repeat on NewYears Day.
This is in a small residential area and these fireworks ALLOWED now are like bombs.  We are litterally being assaulted for days.

The idea of fireworks sounds good if everyone was considerate of each other but that's not always true.  You are empowering people to torture Elderly, Veterans with PTSD and pets to name a few.

Please consider setting some guidelines on the size and power of the fireworks being sold to the public.  Also we need to limit the times to a block in the evening.   What is the point of fireworks at 7am or daylight hours?
