Ryan Mowry started this petition to Governor Bryan Kemp; State Legislature

Golf courses should have increased restrictions on their operations, but should not close. Although the shelter in place executive order will come into effect soon, golf is an extremely low-risk activity that lowers stress, allows for moderate physical exercise, and quite frankly, keeps many people sane. Golf courses all across the state are taking swift and responsible action to keep their patrons and employees safe, and these locations present little to no risk for the spread of COVID-19. Golf courses are often centers of communities and help to generate revenue and employment for the people and communities around them. Please don’t take our pastime away from us. Please, let us work and play.
