On June 13, 2019, a development for the Forest View Park PUD was approved for the development of townhouses. This development may prove to be dangerous, since TOXINS were found on the site. Families and children may be exposed if this property is disturbed. 

This site is located near the fire station at Forest View Drive & Murfreesboro Road in Antioch, Tennessee.

An earlier limited site investigation conducted by a Developer showed TOXINS. Benzo(a)pyrene and benzo(b)flouranthene were found in the panhandle/excavation was recommended. All test pits showed various metals under the Resource Recovery And Conservation Act.

A more comprehensive investigation is needed.
