As more Governors across the nation are taking appropriate steps to safeguard our nation's citizens and the most vulnerable. The Spanish Flu in 1918 taught us that shutting things down for a certain period of time and reducing contact, reduces exposure and prevents the spread of the contagions at hand. When are we going to learn from the past and our history and learn from their triumphs and mistakes? We cannot make the grave error of waiting until the county we are in has it's first patient zero to then respond accordingly because that is obviously too late..once one gets in, it just spreads.That and the fact that this nation's highest office has been slow in response and aid to those states affected but quick to criticize and display it's usual braggadocio. Be proactive. Be brave. Protect your State's citizens since no one else is coming to help. Keep large groups from gathering and spreading Covid-19. Do what is right for once!
