Governor Beshear has created an economic mess by making the arbitrary decision (a power he is denied in the State Constitution, Article 1, Section 2 & Article 1, Section 4) to close down Kentuckians businesses and force people to a Government controlled system that isn’t equipped to handle the overload of claims, potentially leaving many Kentuckians with absolutely no income for weeks. 
By signing this petition, we are sending a clear message to Governor Beshear that it’s time to put Kentucky Back to Work and trust Kentuckians to do the right things in their place of business to protect themselves and others from any sickness.
