Robert Moses State Park should be open to 100% capacity.   The COVID # in NYS are low.    There is plenty of sand for everyone to social distance at all fields.   

The other local beaches like Cedar, Gilgo and Tobay are restricted to residents of the towns only.   It is too costly to park and take a ferry to the other Fire Island Beaches for many of us who are not working or have families.  

the Great South Bay is RED TIDE and people should not be swimming at those beaches.   So we need the ocean beaches open to full capacity.    

many of us paid the $80 for the empire pass to access the beach and we pay enough taxes in NYS to access our own state parks as we wish.     It is the PEAk of the SUMMER open the beaches up!
