It's a millions of none custodial parents that just left the 100% responsibility to the custodial parents living them in poverty , those parents have a big impact in the economy, because they're cheating the system , while living a single life not taking care of any responsibility for their own kids, while the custodial parents, and their children living a hard life trying to make it every day, a lot of them living on food stamps or medicare , custodial parents have to be forced to left kids alone because they have to work , some of this kids are growing up with mental problems, because they have to go through so much!  If child abuse is a crime, why the none custodial parents that abandoned their kids are free? Not giving child support or cheating the system to give less, and why is child support? Support of what? It should be 50/50 abandoned your children should be a crime!!  "I want to make a petition for the none custodial parents that abandoned their kids to be a crime "  That's  the worst child abuse! and the petition together why child support? when is two parents? Is millions and millions  of dollars owed in child support because nobody is doing anything about this situation! Millions of families live in poverty because of this parents. I care for our children for our next generations! nothing has been done about this , this none custodial parents affect everything and everyone, neglected kids some of them make it a good life, some comited suicide, some became a problem for society, because must of the cases they left alone because the custodial parents have to work constantly to be able to make it, and everyone is paying of their taxes to give government support to some of this families , while the none custodial parents are living a single life having not problems at all!!  If the none custodial parents that have abandoned their kids are forced to take responsibility of their children, and make them pay what their suppose to pay for their children, is not just support, but 50/50 I believe it would it be a big impact in the economy and mental health issues and definitely a better generations!
