WHY ALWAYS WOMEN?

Why always women to suffer?If we look across past years we can find a large no. Of females are being raped,murdered,harrased and assaulted.Why instead of any sort of decline in this no. Its increasing rapidly every yr.This is because the culprits are not scared of the easy going punishment they suffer with.So there is a humble request from our country side to government to take some hard action against them and make them feel the same pain with which others go through.Many of the girls are not raising their voice against the victims.If u will not stand for urself then how can somebody will help u and if u want to stop it raise ur voice.It's a major issue and governing body should look after it.
