We are facing high rate of unemployed graduates some with no work experience . The Government should change the age restriction of 18 - 35 years because most of the youth from 18 - 21 years are in tertiary and some in high school . The age should be 21 - 45 years for Internships,permanent and contract vacancies . For learnerships it must remain at 18 - 35 years as some do not afford to study in tertiaries due to lack of finances .
