Yashuayatin Padma Raj Burra started this petition to Government & The citizens of Hyderabad

The sea level is rising and the sea is getting warmer. Longer and more severe droughts threaten crops, wildlife, and freshwater supplies. From polar bears in the Arctic to sea turtles off the coast of Africa, the diversity of life on Earth is threatened by climate change. Climate change poses a fundamental threat to location, species, and livelihoods. To properly address this crisis, we need to reduce carbon pollution and prepare for the effects of global warming that we are already experiencing. Hyderabad is one of the many cities in India which has been affected a lot by air pollution because of the air pollution climate change has occurred in Hyderabad due to this reason there are many more problems that keep rising.

In Hyderabad, there is an action plan in place to keep air pollution under control. The action plan is not based on reducing air pollution levels in a targeted manner. Officials from the state pollution control board blame the federal government. A TSPCB official says, In 2016, the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) published a list of 94 cities across India. Including Hyderabad and Nalgonda in Telangana were polluted, predominantly particulate matter, above the ever-required standards. Identified as a non-reachable city. To address air pollution, these cities had to develop regional action plans focusing on the main sources of pollution. These 94 cities were instructed to create a city action plan concentrating on the primary pollution sources. CPCB has yet to receive several cities action plans.

This petition is intended to raise awareness about the problem of climate change and how it can devastate Hyderabad's atmosphere. Because the government isn't doing much to address the issue of air pollution, we the citizens of Hyderabad will have to give as much of our time as possible.
